All refunds are processed into original payment method. Refund process might take 5-10 business days upon package arrival to our return department and reflect on the bank statement. We do not accept returns after one month has elapsed from its sending.
Shipping and handling fee are not refundable.
CHANGES
In the case of wanting to change some article the process would be very similar to that of the returns. Send us an email to the address mentioned above with the following information: order number, the item you wish to return and the new size or model. We will send the new size when the garment arrives.
We are not responsible for returned items until they are in our warehouse. Transport costs must be borne by the customer who wishes to make the return.
Products such as but not limited to below list are considering as FINAL SALES and will not eligible for refund /return/exchange.

- Original artworks
- Worn, washed or otherwise altered by the customer products
