Refund Policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at help@brutto.studio. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your country of residence is not Spain, shipping times for returning goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. To exercise this right:

Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
